Pretty recently I’ve been really sleepy during school. Around midway through the day, I feel extremely sleepy and in lots of cases, I do go in a 5 second sleep. I really have to begin to sleep early so this doesn’t happen anymore..
I usually get to bed around 11:50PM now. I know that’s nothing for you guys, but I used to be in bed by like 11. Even though I didn’t sleep until 11:30, the extra minutes sleeping would be nice you know?
